Life after 40 is not like life before 40 but it’s when you start evolving into the better you. The one you are more comfortable with.

I’ll be there with you in 2 weeks baw.

Don’t really feel much older than when I turned 30 though. Think young kids and hard exercise keeps you young.

If someone needs viagra at 70 it is caused by a health issue, it is not a normal part of aging.

Unless sleeping through the night and a good bowel movement is on your list, you're not that old.

One of my favorites is when you have a random muscle cramp or soreness and you have this great, "that's what it feels like after a perfect heavy lift workout" feeling, but then you realize that you haven't worked out in months and you are hurting for no reason.

I don't think I'll feel old till 60. In my late 30's and its been the best so far. Old enough to be comfortable with who I am, but my body hasn't given out on me yet.

Was thinking about popular music today. When I was a kid riding around in the car with my parents there was always a battle for control over the radio. They wanted to listen to the "oldies" station, which was music that was 15-25 years old.

Then I started thinking about what would qualify as "oldies" in 2021. Brittney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Puff Daddy, Spice Girls, etc...

Nocturnal cramps. Never understood what my dad was talking about back then.

I know now. Makes no sense. stand,walking,sitting.. no cramps. Lay down to sleep, calves lock up like a clenched fist. Sometimes cramp tight enough to feel bruised later.

Your body contracts when you are motionless sleeping. That is why people do stretching and warmup exercises before athletic endeavors.
