He is apparently terrible at interviewing.

He has only been good in that shite league called the ACC. Put him against good teams week in week out and he is average.

He is the most overhyped DC in the country.

Venables record outside of the ACC? Anyone know. Appears will be soon 0-2 over the same set of years.

Simple, they provide him when an army on analysts to steal signs. He knows if he leaves he may not be able to recreate that.

Ever thank back now that it's out how every blitz they called last second against us last year during first quarter seemed to be the perfect play? Then suddenly they looked lost?? Reason for that. frick BV!!!

Because he waits to the last min to call the pay in cause he is calling in the other teams and his.

OSU is on too it and in convinced we figured it out too. They look lost when they can't steal the signs.

frick them.

Thought they played us better than most. They didn’t look lost. We were just too good.

1)Venables has 2 kids on the Clemson team.
2) He makes more money than most small colleges would offer him, or if not, $2M in rural South Carolina can get you a great lifestyle. Better than a lot more money in many other places.
3) Dabo only works his assistants 6 days/week where almost everyone else works seven. Saban works his assistants 11 days/week.
4) Recruiting & poor conference competition makes Venables look much better than if he played real talented offenses 6-8 weeks/season. Evidence: LSU and tOSU games in NO and even ND looked good against him in 1st game 2020.
Look for him to take a HC job after his kids graduate.

This is stupid. Why did they look lost? Couldn’t they have just continued “stealing our signs”?

He has zero interest in being a head coach. Do you work? Some employees are ambitious and want to do more things and some employees are perfectly content being a master of their craft.

CFB is no different. It’s not some conspiracy.
