Definitely a GOP voter. Probably comes from a 2 parent household with a name like Ashley. Dems going to call her a sellout for being an independent business owner that made it off the plantation.

Black community needs more like her.

It's not "giving" if you go to the media to brag about it.

quote:

…2So when you give to the needy, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward. 3But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.…

Naahhh, often her good deed being reported gets at least one other person to pay it forward too. That's a win.

Bless that beautiful lady. I love these stories. Tyler Perry has done similar acts of kindness in Louisiana. One day in the beginning of the pandemic, he paid for all the groceries bought during the “senior hour” at all the Winn Dixie stores.

He also donated/wasted $100k on Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend’s defense fund.

I wish I had the means to be philanthropic. I helped out someone who wasn’t able to buy presents for her children but nowhere close to this. I’m extremely blessed and it’s a great feeling to pass some of those blessings on to those in need.

I did the same on Christmas Eve, but a considerably lesser amount. By about $28K. The middle-aged couple in front of me had their check rejected and it was clear they had groceries for a family.

I did this a couple of years ago. The son of a bitch said, "well, I have a house note and a car note that need paying too".

CT, did you wish him a Merry Christmas with a slap upside his head? He definitely deserved it.
Merry Christmas to you, no slap included.
