Played under les. Won a ring in 07. He has explained to my brother that this team is suffering from individualism. The players do not hang out with each other outside of football. The team struggles with having leaders.

Now the HC and coaches have to be able to see this and do something about it.

A father of a player on the team has a weekly spot on local sports radio and there’s individualism on this team?!?!? Color me shocked

There is a dearth of leadership on this team. I think the current players were so accustomed to being led by that remarkable group of young men on the 2019 squad that they never had to lead OR learned to lead. In the RB room, CEH...QB room, Burrow...O-line room, pick one of any of the starters...d-line room, Rashard Lawrence...LB room, Patrick Queen...DB room, pick one...Forward to today, who leads? Is there that singular figure that determines the goal on this team? Just a thought...

This team seems to be suffering from not knowing what to do.

Wokeness destroyed this team’s chemistry during the summer. LSU severely mishandled that situation and it metastasized into the regular season. This is why many of the players play so poorly for Bo Pellini. He’s an old school white guy that these players don’t know. Do you really think they were going to listen to him in this current climate?

team composed mostly of underclassmen and Seniors and Juniors that were not leaders previously. Not surprised.

No kidding, guys. That’s what happens when all of your good upperclassmen split.

Isn't just about everyone in the country suffering from individualism (or at least small groupism) right now?

Obviously the issues aren't all on covid, but I could see it having a major impact on the closeness of a team with so few established leaders.

Have you noticed how young this team is? And how few scholarship guys we have compared to other teams? It’s not very surprising that team leaders haven’t really emerged. Nobody has really earned that right yet.

They obviously aren’t, but reality they are embarrassing themselves.

Isn’t a lot if that on the coaches? They have to see it and react by filling the void. Compensate and develop players who show leadership qualities.
