Are you talking about Stingley? I mean Joe's dad had a weekly spot last year as well and that worked fine

There is a dearth of leadership on this team. I think the current players were so accustomed to being led by that remarkable group of young men on the 2019 squad that they never had to lead OR learned to lead. In the RB room, CEH...QB room, Burrow...O-line room, pick one of any of the starters...d-line room, Rashard Lawrence...LB room, Patrick Queen...DB room, pick one...Forward to today, who leads? Is there that singular figure that determines the goal on this team? Just a thought..

Same thing that happened in 08, just a lot worse. The guys who were left after the juniors and seniors left were just that- leftovers. The character guys aren’t good enough to lead on the field and the guys who can play aren’t leaders and aren’t as good as the guys they replaced or that were around them, in most cases.

The talent is young and they will eventually be really good, but they aren’t ready to carry the team alone. They shouldn’t have to. Again, same as 08. Miles did a pretty good job of digging himself out of that mess, at least for a time. I wonder if O can do the same.

No spring or summer workouts. They have been in quarantine since March. Makes sense they haven't had time to bond or be encouraged to bond. Then throw in perceived race and political issues.

On top of all that they had an extended celebration that they were the best team ever. It makes sense this years team never became a team.

I felt the season was in big trouble when word leaked that the players were complaining about heat and were out of shape during the first few games of this season.

True, and it gets worse. It deludes, so those under it's influence can't recognize the harm and destruction it causes. Young people are hurt most.

Hmm there are less than a handful of people that fit that description. Beckwith?
Beckwith, Highsmith, Riley, or Sheppard.

Its really just a team full of quiet people. Burrow liked to talk, Jefferson liked to talk, Queen liked to talk, Chaisson loved to talk. This year, Brennan quite, Marshall quiet, Finely quiet, Stingley quiet, Cox quiet, Clark quiet. So yes, leadership is taken a toll. I mean Steven's talks but his play is suspect. So that's hard to follow. I do believe next season we'll have determined leaders on both sides of the ball. But we gotta chalk this one up as a loss leadership literally, across the board.

Hmmm, I think the team is suffering from Pelinism because Pelinism was recruited and signed by Orgeronism.

The Head Coach is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the program.......
