I guess every 3rd year player on a team with 2 or more loses should just quit as well????? Or is there another problem at LSU that hasn't been clarified?

fricking good for him. unlike other programs, we can't find a way to get him the damn ball.
in a pass happy version of football, we can't teach qbs to throw the ball down field.
what more could this dude gain?
i know-- let's gamble millions of dollars to "win" games that don't count.
he literally watched his qb of last year tear his ACL MCL his first year in the league. the difference? burrow already got his guarantee and is set for life.

The name is Marshall, TERRACE Marshall
Out of respect for the good he did while on the team, at least have the respect to spell his name correctly

It is not against the rules and he has every right to do what he wants to do. It's an argument of character. Some of you are completely cool with these guys whoring themselves out for a year or two and then bailing on their team. You have every right to your opinion on that matter.
But a lot of us don't see it that way. And we're not wrong and neither are you.

Ok
Makes his team meeting speech, 2 weeks ago, about coming together, buying in, playing for pride completely hollow

Yep nothing left for him to play for. He can only hurt himself playing the rest of the season.

He made a bitch decision.

Ohio St had guys that will be high picks opt back in when the Big 10 announced it would play after all.
There is a culture problem at LSU.
Marshall made a decision along with Chase, Vincent, and Shelvin and it’s their lives, so they get to do what they want. Still makes them quitters.

LSU NEVER wavered on their commitment to him or any of the other players the school recruits.....

What’s different about him and every other projected first rounder than played for LSU in a season they weren’t going to play for a title?

I get it’s a business decision but my god it sets a bad precedence. The look on the outside looking in is that he quit w 3 games left to play. Point blank period.
We’ve surpassed a point where you skip the bowl game and now can quit at any point in the season?!?
Bad bad look. I get it. But bad look.

If Brennan was still playing, TM6 plays out the season. He was vying for the #1WR to be drafted.

Add me to the list of those wondering why Alabama doesn’t have this problem

Dude
It’s real simple
You either want LSU to have a good team or you don’t
One major factor to bring about a good team is good players. Marshall is a very good player.
You want LSU to lose

I'm usually one of the first on here to call these guys quitters, but I can't blame Terrace for this. That game last night was a shite show. This season is a shite show. The offense is a huge shite show, and it's not gonna get any better.

CFB is the NFL minor leagues. This kid knows what's up.
