Haven't done the headset thing in a long time but recently linked up with some old college buddies on COD. Any suggestions on the best headset in the 100$ or less range?

Thought about this first obviously. Didn't know if I had some better options for that price point.

Google it? Reviewers usually get sent headsets to review and then rank....

I have the Kraken and the PlayStation. PlayStation one is nice but steep.

HyperX Cloud IIs are pretty good at that price range. The mic isn't the loudest, but the sound is great for the price.

Switched from turtle beach to Kraken. Best decision I made

Don't get the official pulse one, there's so much better at that price point

HyperX Cloud series has several solid choices in your price range.

I just picked up a set of Corsair Void Elites for $50 on Amazon. They are normally $80. I have an older version of these and they have been a great headset. They are USB so if you prefer to run 3.5 off of your controller they don't work like that.

Anyone using a wired headset with the DualSense? Do you still need an amp to get the headset loud enough (like you needed with the DualShock 4)?

Just wanted to say that I snagged a pair of kraken headphones because of this board. It was about $80 from wal-mart. It has been excellent. Feels great on the ears too. Loose but not too loose. My turtle headphones felt like I was getting the squeeze like something out of the 3 stooges.

I tried my Phillips cans with Demon’s Souls this weekend. No amp required, plenty of juice to power the set

This is the guide I use whenever people ask these questions.

I need to try out those phillips headphones bc they're one of the few I've never used
