Not one thing scares me about Biden and his party, especially when it comes to gun control.
Well it should. Especially considering it’ll soon be President Kamala and the Squad in charge.

The Democratic Party has been taken over by radicals. It's the not party it was even ten years ago. These people are serious, and they're dangerous.
You can say the same about the folks across the aisle.

So is this something he can do via EO or this has to pass through the legislature?
I cant see how this passes through the SC.
It can be done by executive order. President Trump’s ban on bump stocks laid a solid foundation for this retroactive application of the NFA through executive order. I am shocked that did not cause more concern because it started a slippery slope.
The ban on importation will likely be by executive order, too, but the ban on manufacture will likely have to by through Congress.

The scary thing is, 94 AWB already did pass. It was stupid and did nothing, but it passed.
Biden’s plan will not allow manufacturers to skate like the AWB in ‘94.
See link.

Biden is not the one to be concerned with, he dont know where he's at half the time and cant wipe his own arse. Kamela Harris will replace him at some point-wether he likes it or not- and then we'll see what happens..

With Nancy as VP then, that should be enough to scare anyone.

You could say that about the other side but it wouldn’t be true

Do you only pay property taxes once?
Yeah, but the county/parish knows I have a house on land. It's not easy to hide/store a house or land.

Surely you aren't suggesting the policies or leaders in today's Republican Party are radical, bomb-throwing (metaphorically) policy extremists?
If their voters have a complaint is that they are much further to the left on policy and much more accommodating/pushovers than they were 20 - 25 years ago.

So, you just going to bury you firearms in the backyard, or shove them in the back of a closet?
Might as well sell them while you can still get good money for them.

You’d have to be specific about what you find crazy or scary.
I don’t think so though.
I think people are just horrified by the world the Democrats are trying to build - the Democrats are relentless in their destruction of healthy (traditional) values. And they want an ever more powerful, centralized state, which monitors and controls our choices in way that would have been unimaginable to our parents.
Things will get quite bad, and I don’t know if there’s a floor.
-
I believe there’s been a fundamental change. The Democrats aren’t just more of the same. And this isn’t a debate over tax levels, or how much to spend on schools.
I believe these people pose an existential threat to my way of life. And the things I love.

Who said I had firearms? This is all hypothetical.

All you people who said "Look on Biden's website" and even provided some links can you quote anywhere on there about the $200 tax??
I didn't read it all line by line but I perused through the whole thing and didn't see that part. I even did a search on the page and didn't see anything about the specific amount of the tax on guns or magazines.

If the guns and magazines are added to the NFA they will have a $200 tax.
