It’s funny how some things stick with you and other’s just don’t. I can remember things about my early childhood, but forget people I went to HS with
Same. I barely remember any of my teachers names. Just a couple of them.
This thread brought back another young memory. In 1980 or 1981 me and one of the little kids down the street somehow acquired a bottle of chewable Tylenol while our moms were visiting each other. It tasted like candy, so we hid in the closet and halved them. I think we ate 30-45 each and had to go get our stomachs pumped. Guess that's why they put child locks on them now

I I was probably 3. I remember going to my oldest brother’s best friend’s house (they were probably around 11). While they were playing with legos, I wanted to play too. However, they didn’t really want to play with me, so the friend told me there was another box of legos in the other room that had lots of computers and shiny pieces in it so I’d leave them alone. There was, in fact, a small box of scraps in the other room, but it was not the treasure trove that had been described. I got the hint and played with them by myself until my mom came to pick my brother and I up. I remember the fake wood panelling, and I also remember that the room had one of those board games where you try to fit the shapes in before the timer runs out. I had tried to fiddle with that too, but when the thing popped the pieces out, it scared me.

I was 4 years and 3 months old
Remember my little brother being born.
At the birthing hospital I went make a big poop in the bathroom and my turd had some watermelon seeds stuck in it from eating watermelon the day before. I thought it was so cool I didn’t want to flush it so I ran out the bathroom to get my older brother to show him my cool poop.

I remember not having money for the Ice Cream man. The old older kids in the neighborhood purchased me one, but with one catch. I had to get it out of this huge mud puddle they tossed it in.
I blame that for my dislike of people in general.

I remember going to a green stamps store somewhere on Florida blvd, and I was thinking as a kid there has to be a easier way to put all these damn stamps in those little books.

People were thinner, happier, and normal.

My parents divorced when I was 3. I remember driving one of these in the house we lived in before their divorce.

Man, hearing the ice cream truck was a wonderful thing as a kid. We'd scour the neighborhood looking for him on our bikes.

We had those damn things on some trees in the back yard- there was so many it seemed that bark on the tree was moving.

have a few faint memories from ages 3-4. I remember having a birthday party at the beach around that age.
Even a lot of high school is pretty faint at this point.
Yea I don’t remember much at all from way back then anymore I think I’ve killed too many brain cells the past 12 years.

No doubt.
I loved those sherbet cups with the gumball in the bottom. Bomb pops were also good.

I remember getting mad at my dad and jumping out of the truck at a ted light to “walk home myself” and getting my arse whipped.
I remember shooting my sister with a BB gun and getting my arse whipped.
I remember throwing a rock at my grandmas new car and getting my arse whipped.
I remember telling my uncle who had an ear piercing that he must want to be a girl cause only girls wear earrings and getting my arse whipped even though I’m pretty sure my dad thought it was hilarious
For some reason I remember seeing a girl when I was in preschool fall down on the playground in front me and saw up her dress and it made me feel all tingly and it sparked my curiosity.
I remember having 10 dollars and went to buy a toy truck listed at 9.95 and it rang up 10 dollars and some change and I argued that it was wrong with the cashier, then she explained what tax was. I put the toy back after yelling I don’t want to give the Govt any money
Now that I think of it, I really haven’t changed much

My uncle called me "monkey boy" as a kid because I apparently do the thing where you put your hands on your ears and stick on your tongue. I remember sitting on his lap at probably 3 years old just goofing off and I vividly remember him doing it back.
He is still a good uncle.

Late 70s when I was 3 and 4, brother was in school and mom was involved in PTA and all that so we were always at school for something. Back then there wasn’t any playground equipment, just old tractor tires scattered all over the school yard to jump on and sit in circles and sometimes roll each other around in. I have memories of playing with other kids not yet in school on the tractor tires completely unsupervised, definitely qualifies as the good ole days.

I pooped my pants at a restaurant. Was about 4. Will never forget how embarrassing it was

I remember going rabbit hunting with my dad and his 2 beagles (Bobo and Dina) along the Bossier side of the Red River and him killing a bunch of rabbits. And when we got home my grandparents had come over to visit my mom and had left me a candy bar.
I must've been around 3.5 or so.

I remember getting a big rocking horse on my second birthday and a few random moments in Pre-K.
