How does one do so when it happens during cardio? Can get rather uncomfortable.

I assume the chafing is in your nether regions.

Not to sound gay, but what type of underwear you rocking?

You need to buy an anti-chafe stick (similar to deodorant) called body glide.

Body glide is the correct answer. Also a Disney wet ride must.

Nipples are the worst. I just run shirtless unless it’s freezing.

Compression shorts solved that problem.

A good powder will help.

I haven’t had a chapped arse since working a double bartending/waiting tables back in college.

We called it waiter’s arse.

Ask anyone in the military who has had to hump heavy weight for long distances

The answer is body glide or compression sorts

Sometimes it doesn’t matter, I’ve had my combat bottoms on and a stitching seam square just rub up against my inner thigh

Squirrel's Nut Butter is my go to. Can be messy application, but it's much more effective than Bodyglide in my opinion

Made the mistake of going on the whitewater rapids ride at six flags once when I was a kid. It was one of the first rides we did and my thighs got so fricking chafed. I went to the bathroom and put a wad of toilet paper between my legs so they couldn't touch. I would have killed for some compression shorts.

The cold dry air is when I nipple chafe the most. I hack up a loogie and rub it in when I start feeling the burn.
