That area is gentrifying fast. Especially right on the other side of Louisiana. It’s spreading more into central city now too

Generally, for the amount they are asking per square foot, the neighbors don't have window units.

that house is hideous, small, cramped, and has no yard. It looks like it was made from shipping containers. They will be lucky to get a 150K

Houses like the two on either side bring more than $150k in that area.

That front part of it reminds me of one of those old record players

Young progressives will pay asking for it, then will be confused upon being robbed.

My style of house, but the neighborhood is crap.

Looks like an architect designed and built house, so that is worth a little.

It was designed by students.

Just rode by, it’s squeezed verrrrry tightly between the 2 houses on the side of it.

Lot of middle class shotguns on that street, & some new construction & renos scattered around. Wouldn’t buy there, too close to CC, but the direct area looks like by water

For real though, there’s no way I would live more than 1 block lakeside of St Charles in that area. Louisiana Ave is ghetto AF.

Are you sure it is 305 and not 350?

For 305/square foot i need to see some high quality laboratory or manufacturing space/capability.

A house doesn’t make you money or store value.

Yes, it is. I was surprised the last time I went down that area.

Unfortunately, a lot of New Orleans has very expensive houses that are not in great areas. I can't believe the house I grew up in sold for what it did last time.
