Its one thing to say Red goes here and blue goes over here... but who gets the military? Who gets the nukes?

Not a true secession. But a migration to states and communities that align with your beliefs.

And then a willingness to defend it's ability to self govern.

It won’t be on state lines this time. It’ll be rural vs urban.

A mess

Our problems are more urban vs rural/suburb than they are red state vs blue state.

Ideal thinking.

But you’re not going to get people to move from Texas to California. Even if you offer free all the free stuff in the world. They want it brought tk their door via Amazon drone.

In an ideal world a group of states will do it and people will move in or out based on there beliefs. All federal property is turned over to them and land and real estate is paid for at fair market value.

A big issue is all the major bases are in the south.

The dems don't like either of them, so I'm guessing the Reds.

It isn't even that simple. It isn't a War between the States this time around. It is true Civil War. It is back shooting, burning, murder kind of what Antifa and BLM are already doing but with the other side shooting back. One side wins and there is execution of the hard core losers, amnesty to others. It is a massive purge. See Russian Revolution, French Revolution et al.

There will be shadow governments, some with foreign backing, maybe not simply red vs. blue but many hues in between or outside that spectrum.

Probably the winner is some general in the military that can build an alliance. He will put us under military rule until everything is sorted out. The question; Is this Napoleon or Washington?

Not how it worked last time.

Texas contributed 10% of the money. We get everything in Texas or 10% of the stuff, whichever is larger!

It wouldn’t work like this if it got to that point.

Which is why I always say we're living in occupied territory. Not much different than japan and germany.
