So a few weeks back I decided to cook Crawfish Monica and made a ‘how to’ video for y’all to enjoy.
I have made a few cooking videos before without my voice in it but thought this was more personal than text boxes. (I don’t particularly like the sound of my voice, but whatever)

Nice job. I like when cooking videos show clear instruction and get to the point with limited fluff. Recipe looked delicious.
My favorite part would have to be you adding a pinch of salt to a large pot of boiling water

Interesting. I've never added parsley that early along with the onion + garlic.
Is this more widespread than I realize? I always used parsley towards the end.
(IWEI by the way.)

I felt like the parsley would release more of its flavor when slowly cooked down in the butter. I do something similar to this with my butter mixture for Charbroiled Oysters

I believe you are on to something with the video presentation. To the point!!! Most videos have way to much BS filler. The host trying to be funny/cute etc. Just tell/show me how to put it together!! ~~ If this is your first video....it shouldn't be your last!

Thanks for the feedback and yes I have been frustrated with others videos carrying on for 10 minutes when they could have been 3-5 minutes. Cut the FLuff

Damn, didn't realize it was that easy. Pretty simple dish. That will be on the table this weekend for sure! Thanks for sharing
