Headed to Keystone at the end of the week. Anyone have any updates on how things are there?
Any recommendations: Eating, drinking, activities we should do other then skiing? It seems like a few places are allowing dine-in eating?
How is the mask situation?

Without knowing you group size or ages, not sure what else to rec - but restaurants are open at 25% capacity. Most do not take call ahead reservations but if you put your name on the list (in person) expect to sit about 1 - 1.5 hours later. I would suggest putting your name down around 5pm if you are earlier eaters. I wouldn't wait to get on the list past 6pm, because the waits start to be 2 hours.
Masks are strict. Expect to wear them in public places/indoors and over your nose in lift lines. Neck gaiters are fine to wear, when i say mask.

Has anyone used any of the public transit for Vail or Beaver Creek? I am trying to read up on the ECO Transit services and their websites are trash.
I am basically trying to figure out what our options are to get from Avon to Vail and at what time.

We gotta group of about a dozen from South LA heading to Breck this weekend. Recent snow dumps have me excited.

Tomahawk is my 11 year olds favorite run anywhere so if you see a snowboarder following behind a little skier say Hello
There was a girl with skis and a man with a snowboard on the last chair of the day on the sunshine express. Was that y’all? I was about 6 chairs up if so and ran under y’all on the sunshine lift line.

Bad weekend to live in Denver. 6 hour drive from Denver to Vail on Saturday, lift closures on Sunday due to high wind speeds. Really starting to question my decision to get a job which only gets weekends off...

Download the Village Connect app for free transportation within Beaver Creek. It won't go to Avon though. Also, transportation from EGE is pretty bad. We paid $150 for a 30 min taxi with high mountain taxi

They just opened Grouse Mountain at Beaver Creek for the first time this season. Windblown crusty powder 2 ft deep or so. It was great skiing given the conditions of the rest of the mountain.

We looked and had sticker shock too. $110 for one way to get us to Avon. It looks like they have the Valley Express that runs from the Airport to Vail, but I think it may just be easier to rent a car. Its the same price as a taxi.
ETA: Looks fantastic. I am so ready to be there.

Check out Jakes Mtn Shuttle. They are based out of Frisco but I think the pretty much go anywhere between Vail and Denver.

Steamboat bout to get the goods. Everywhere is going to be such a shite show this coming holiday weekend I am not sure it will feel worth dealing with I-70 and crowds. Everyone coming in travel well, be safe, and have fun

We flew back in last night. I have friends coming up to Breck on Friday morning and warned them to be ready for a longer than normal commute.
