Doctor/Nursing shortage in Australia. When my daughter's were in Nursing School they were constantly getting mail/emails from Head Hunters advertising openings in Australia.
Pediatric Heart Surgeon is a very specialized field, but in a major city like Adelaide, you would think there would be at least one.

Australia has both types of Healthcare and once again the government can decide your life if you are on public.
