Not sure why the school system just doesn't let it play it once schools return to full time.

Air BNB is not renting it out in any real, permanent sense. Air BNB is by the night, nothing long term.

I try to rent out my apartment on Airbnb every time I leave town. I have lived in yhis apartment for 6 years.
Renting out your home on air bnb doesn't mean shite.
