My wife does more laundry than I do but I do some. It's probably 70/30 her. I do 100% of the yardwork, house maintenance though. I wash dishes too.

Each was our own mostly, she folds mine if I forget and leave them in the dryer, I do not do this for her.

She mostly washes the kids clothes

100% the wife... unless she wants it fricked up, then I am happy to oblige. I’m not checking colors, I’m stuffing until the machine can take no more.

My gf moved in and she does all of it. She won’t let me do it because apparently I do it wrong. Works for me. She does laundry and cleans the house. If I cook she does the dishes if she cooks I do the dishes.

I Venmo my daughter $20 a week for her to do it. She washes, folds, hangs them up. I’m gonna give her the money anyway, might as well get some labor out of it.

Since I retired I do all the washing and kitchen cleanup. Before I retired I only did my hunting clothes.
I do much better job folding clothes than my wife.I fold them like I learned in Navy boot camp, she folds them any old way.

My ole lady does 98.5% of the laundry, the housekeepers just take the sheets out the dryer and makes the beds.

The only time I’m allowed to wash or dry anything is if it’s mine and I need something ASAP

What about towels & wash rags?

I hate having to fold those

We started rolling them instead of folding and it's so much better! Saves space and frustration.

Laundry is actually my favorite chore, so I don't mind doing it.

I fricking HATE dishes. We live in a very old house in New England without a dishwasher and handwashing every single thing turns me into a crazy person. My dude happily takes care of the dishes, so laundry is the VERY least I can do in exchange for not losing my shite.

We did. He got a job in Boston about 5 years ago, I joined him up here 1 1/2 years later.

I miss Austin everyday. Going to visit next week, in fact.

ETA: Congrats on the tiny one!

I’m the wife - I do most of it

My teens have to do their own

My tweens have to help fold and put away

The little one puts her things away

I also iron what’s needed - I do my husbands stuff bc I am a SAHM and I like doing that

(Also bc he always leaves pens in his pockets and doesn’t check them)

Why would we do laundry outside of our house?

Everyone. It’s not any one persons job.

The house keeper does all the bed linen though.

My wife duh, if I touch it... I do it wrong... fine by me. Somehow I had clean clothes doing laundry by myself for 10 years before her... and I never needed to iron

The wife. She does not like how I do it. Fine with me.

No pics.
