This is a gamble, but Rogan would absolutely love to have him. At this point I’m worried about the polls, but there’s something that Joe will help Trump with: piling on Kamala Harris. Rogan openly despises her and refused to let her on his podcast and would bring home Trump’s points on her. Wouldn’t be a debate just a conversation, and hopefully Rogan can get him to agree to legalize weed which would be huge.

Why he just had a larger audience on Rush’s program?

Going on JRE would be great publicity. Spotify would probably throw a fit over it. Stop worrying about National polls to.

That episode of Rogan would not be allowed to be put up.

I remember your lack of spine in 2016, so I’m not surprised you’re again pissing down your leg looking at polls using the same models showing Trump down.

That said, I agree with you here. There is some risk involved as I don’t think Rogan would want anything to be off limits, but his platform is perfect for Trump’s style.

Rush’s audience is largely decided and old though (although I think will help with senior citizens). Rogan has a much more diverse audience. I’m willing to bet that less 2% of either of their core audience listens to the other. I listen to Rogan and haven’t listened to Rush for well over a decade. Comparing Rush’s audience to Rogan’s is like comparing Maddow’s to Tucker’s. Almost no overlap whatsoever.

I believe this is in the works already. There have been a few hints that Joe has some incredible guests coming soon.

Going on Rush is for firing up the base/reaching out to Republicans that might be on the fence. Going on Rogan and seeing that he’s a somewhat likeable guy who isn’t the nazi that CNN says he is might convince enough reluctant Biden voters to either flip sides or stay home

My “lack of spine” was more thinking he’d crash the economy and my concern over him having the nuclear codes. Instead he brought us the greatest economy ever and peace in the Middle East/with North Korea. It’s not balls that was my problem but my opinion on Trump at the time.

Trump on Rogan would be epic. I don’t think it’s that high of a gamble. Rogan would ask him some tough questions but he would also humanize Trump like no media member has done since he entered politics. We’d see a different side of him over the hour or so that we’ve never seen before.

If they agreed to release it without edit. And both smoked a joint.

Agreed.

Rogan wouldn’t be easy but he wouldn’t be a hack either.

Rogan has already said that would be the prerequisite for having him on.

Also there’s a full proof way for Trump to win re-election on Rogan’s program. I wouldn’t advise him to smoke a joint, but bring an executive order legalizing weed and sign it in front of Rogan and his audience. If I had one bit of advise to the President to win, it would be that and then let you and Joe go on a rant on how awful Kamala is and how Democratic local governments are terrible. Rogan will meet you there, Mr President.

Not a gamble at all. It’s an Audience that has likely people who arnt voting for him and gives him a chance to change some minds
