Guy I work with has this as well. They did IVF. Then they had 2 normally. People get too caught up on immediate results with family planning in our on demand world.

No shite OP this is what I would do, watch her like a hawk the next couple weeks.
If she cheated and got pregnant she’s already pregnant so She’s likely to keep fricking I’d assume. If you catch her then obviously you have your answer, if you don’t. Then maybe you start feeling better and can have a level headed convo with her.
If you tell a woman you want a paternity test it’s likely not going to go well no matter the turnout.

This is what would make me concerned. We were in a similar situation. My sperm counts were acceptable, but they were lazy fricks, not very active. It took us about 2 years of vigorous effort to get pregnant. Point is that they eventually will make it, that's not enough to make me question her.
Timing is another thing. Women have a very specific period of time each month they can get pregnant. It looks like a bell curve. If you weren't there during that magical 2 week or so period of time, it ain't yours. You should find the bull and thank him.

It might not be the end of the world, but it would be the end of our world together.

Hello. I think it's not worth bothering a pregnant woman with such nervous shocks. You'd better wait for the baby to be born and only then do a paternity test. Because later the child can be yours and you can make his mother nervous about getting problems with the child's health after his birth. You can also find out if she uses https://womencalc.com/en/ for pregnancy monitoring. If you find out which dates are indicated in the application, you will indirectly understand whether you are the father of the child. But it is better to do the test after his birth.

Well, considering it’s been 2 years, he should have an idea by now
