It sucks to lose but it doesn't mean the program is on the decline. Mike Leach is a good coach that has always gotten decent results with okay talent. Let the simps talk their shite, their time of seeing Leach get the best of their team will come. Tbh I would be more surprised to not see Leach and a good senior quarterback take advantage of a young secondary.

Word of advice to all the people crying in their showers, maybe you should find a different hobby. Life is too short to worry that much about a bunch guys that don't give two shits about you.

It's not a loss. It's how we looked. I don't watch football as a hobby. I watch it for entertainment. Last week wasn't entertaining in the least.

So we shouldn’t care about how the team plays because the players “don’t give two shits” about the fans is your argument. So we shouldn’t buy overpriced tickets to games or pricey LSU polo shirts or waste an afternoon watching a game either because the players don’t care about us? You are basically arguing for the financial destruction of LSU football. Good talk gramps.

I'm not saying don't get excited about the team, but going into a state of depression isn't good either.

I would just like to point out that in spite of how incredibly bad we looked on both sides of the ball. We still tied it up halfway through the 4th quarter. MB looked lost at times yes, but JB9 was 11-24 in his first game too. First start plus no spring to work with WRs. Simple, not easy, but simple fixes.

On defense, the front 7 looks fast and will continue to develop. The secondary is going to get better as it gets healthier. Guys like Stingley and Ward. And Ricks could be a freshman AA by the end of the season if he continues to grow and stay in proper position. Biggest thing is BP making better in game adjustments. That’s the only thing that worries me. Has the game past him by? Not saying it has but I’m going to need to see more.

Bottom line, we need to clean it up by Florida or it’s gonna be a long season but I think we can do it. Lots of talent and heart on this team
