Did O recruit the players that won the National championship? Yes

Did he hire and fire and hire replacements for bad hires and win a National championship? Yes

So chill the hell out.

We got the best guy for LSU. He won he will win and he will never leave.

Edit: I was 20/80 on O hire. Meaning I was hoping he would work out. Recruit and then someone would come in after and when with a great roster.

I am now very satisfied with Coach O.

Many will never be satisfied unless every year is like last year. Hell even then people found ways to bitch and moan. This board was a train wreck when we were down 17-7 to Clemson.

Nope, I think most would like to see some adjustments to the defense. Teams with high powered spread offense will continue to bust our defense for big plays if we don't start working in some zone concepts and variety. I am hopeful but concerned because Bo has not been open to change throughout his career.

I think people are pissed at the fact our defense had a record setting day. Not in a good way.

Im more than happy with O having us in the playoffs every 2-3 years. That is about as much as you can ask for.

My only gripe is Pelini. Coach O trusts him because he’s his guy. However, if you’re too old and stubborn to adjust to a base cover 2 zone when you lose your best corner and your new 3rd best corner hasn’t practiced at all because he had surgery, then you shouldn’t be at LSU. Kostello lterally set a record for passing yards in the SEC in their first game. Bama loses coordinators all the time. Do you think Saban just goes and hires over-the-hill coaches who he’s comfortable with? Hopefully Coach O can learn from this.

Me personally i think MSU offense is really good something alot of teams will struggle with however we should've definitely made some adjustments

This was the problem. Pelini will be fine. I liked how aggressive our defense was. State was a horrible first matchup for Pelini’s defense and the Stingley situation made it much worse. Still frustrating he would go to some zone looks.

No one expected this year to be 2019.

But also, no one expected to give up 630 yards passing to Mississippi State.

It is like this because the start of this season hits a nerve with the lack of QB play.

MB has been with the team for 4 YEARS and still looks worst than some freshmen at other schools. A bit better play from him this weekend and the game could have been won even with the D woes.

We expected some kind of drop in the D, especially with Stingley out, but the O seems to be a huge concern. So far, MB does not look like the answer.

Yeah, I'm glad that someone noticed it and mentioned it.... It looks like there has been no QB development at all. Seems like that has been a problem for as long as I can remember except for the last two years. And that boy played for 5 years, although very sparingly for 3 of those years.

O has a 714 win percentage here without the Joe bro's, including historic loses to Troy and Miss St. You pumpers are insane.

Whats your problem? New fan?
He has coached one game, with a young banged up secondary. What adjustments could he make?
When the team is healthy, after a few games, and we are still inept, it will be of concern.
In 2018, Cregg was the the inept coach. A year later he had the best OL in the country.
