Lt. Governor Of North Carolina Asks DOJ To Investigate Possible Election Interference

And Possible Necessity For Federal Intervention.
“The Lietieunent Governor of North Carolina, Daniel Forest, is reported to have sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General William Barr requesting that the Department of Justice investigate the “collusive attack on the integrity of North Carolina’s elections by the North Carolina State Board of Elections and the office of North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein.”
Forest sent the letter yesterday, 24 September. It further notes that “liberal groups from Washington, D.C. have swarmed into North Carolina to file lawsuit after lawsuit against North Carolina, seeking to change, by judicial and executive fiat, laws that were constitutionally passed by our General Assembly.”
Forest also states that “this week, in the case of N.C. Alliance for Retired Americans, et al. v. N.C. State Board of Elections, et al. the Democratic Attorney General and the Democratic-controlled Board of Elections entered into a collusive agreement with the Democratic plaintiffs to enact, without the consent of the legislature, wholesale changes to the absentee ballot laws of North Carolina.”
“ Forest asks that the DOJ review these actions to determine whether any federal laws may have been violated, as these actions will no doubt impact the Presidential, Senatorial, and Congressional elections in North Carolina. He further asks that the DOJ review whether this election interference necessitates federal intervention under the Guarantee Clause of Article IV, Section IV of the U.S Constitution.”

Forest also happens to be running against our corrupt POS (keep us locked down to stop the RNC convention & Trump rallies) Gov. Cooper (D) (POS)
No one peeped a word because he was black jesus and no one dreamed how corrupt he was.

Blues trying to steal NC? Sad!

quote:Years ago I had 2 surgeries within 6 months and tried to get an absentee ballot in NC; and saw I had to get it notarized. So I wobbled in and voted in person rather then to my bank for a notary.
Forest notes in his letter that this is especially concerning because North Carolina’s Democratic G governor, Roy Cooper, “has fought tooth-and-nail against the Board of Elections being and independent body rather than a partisan body under his complete control.” (Emphasis added.)
I wonder if they are trying to stop the notary signature on absentee ballots. I also think I had to have 2 witnesses. (2 witnesses stops dems from getting Shawanda to sit and carte' blanche notarize a pile of ballots?)

I'm beginning to doubt whether this election will be decided by Inauguration Day, 2021.

It was reported that the dims were sending teams of lawyers to each state to prepare for the election. Didn't realize this was why they were sending the lawyers.

I knew it. The dem Gov also stacked the election officials with all democrats.
quote:
The suit asks the state courts to declare the state's ballot-curing process unconstitutional and to forbid state and local election officials from rejecting absentee ballots over incomplete witness signatures unless voters are notified and given a chance to fix the issue first.

If NC doesn't start to fight back it is going the way of Virginia. And this truly sickens me, I truly love those two states and have spent many happy hours-days-weeks in each.
