100% Ohio State will make the playoffs if they run the table.

They are going to blow everyone the frick out to ensure it too.

If OSU records 9 30-pt wins, they may get in. Anybody else, forget about it.

Exactly lol. Testing helps with quick quarantine to prevent mass outbreaks but their previous reasoning was that covid was just too dangerous once contracted which testing doesn’t stop complications once contracting.

At this point I would be fine with pushing the playoff back and letting the Big 10 get enough games in. This would allow the SEC and ACC to do a end of the year non conference series.

11-0 or 10-1 Oklahoma

11-0 or 10-1 Bama

11-0 or 10-1 Clemson

Those three are in

And if either florida or lsu or uga is 9-1, they easily get in over an OSU team that played 2 less games

I’ll set the over/under on B1G admissions that they fricked up at 0.5 admissions, -5000 on Under.

Ok.

And it would be a 9-0 Ohio State since there is also a title game.

Schedules have never been even as long as CFB has existed. The B1G plays more conference games annually than the SEC outside this year of course.

Absolutely it should be weighted into the decision. I could see a 1 loss SEC team with wins over 4 other top 10 teams having a real shot, however I think a B1G champ would get in considering they are thought of as the second best conference by many

I’m just happy B1G football figured it out

I’d bet my house they don’t.

Committee won’t keep a 9-0 Ohio State team out given the circumstances.

I hope the Nebraska lawsuit still exposes everyone involved in this disaster.

I cant imagine the committee members not tied with the big 10 directly will feel too happy about the big ten and their actions

I was told that the BIG cared about the safety of their athletes unlike us dumb southerners and that money would cause the BIG to compromise the safety of their student athletes and that this cancellation wasn’t political at all.

the big worry is not being able to get the 8 games in if a program or two or three comes down with covid

the B1G has left themselves no wiggle room

He says it'll start on the 24th. That is a late start. I wonder how many games they plan on playing?

Ohio State has been fighting to play in the fall the entire team. Assuming Fields still plays, they are going to absolutely skull drag every team in their path.

The only way an undefeated Ohio State doesn’t get in is if they have close wins or they don’t play all 9 games because of outbreaks.

I know that Davis and Wade have opted out. Anyone else?

There are a ton of assumptions from everyone. No one knows if any teams will play a full schedule or if the B1G will get 8 games in

Let’s celebrate more football today and see what happens
