People who refuse to get out of a car when pulled over

Just saw the Tulsa shooting of 2 officers...this is bad news, and it was a white guy this time...so there is that!
We need new tactics for police to apprehend the suspect who refuses to get out of the car when commanded to do so.
put something behind the resistor's wheels so he/she can't drive off (something that would pop the tires)
call in a massive fork lift....or tow truck, get that vehicle on a lift...
break windows out for air if necessary, to avoid lawsuit if they can't breathe...
tell them they might want to wear a seat belt for the ride downtown... but "it's their choice to obey the law or not" LOL
drop them off behind a newly built outdoor prison (big walls)...just for idiots who resist...
fork lift / trucker drops the car off inside the prison walls...bright Lights on 24/7 all outdoor facility, no AC, no TV, no bed, no food, no bathroom, no nothing just their vehicle and open field with other idiots
when the idiot gets hungry, thirsty, cold, or hot and sober....they might want to talk and be cooperative?
At least everyone goes home safe...in the end...

I'm at the point where if you simply refuse, deadly force is the first option. You can't take chances anymore, this is the world they asked for.

I hate that I agree. I have thought about this all day. At what point after the police exhaust all non-lethal options can they shoot the perp? Taser doesn't work, pepper spray doesn't work, wrestling him out doesn't work. These cops put themselves (undeservedly) in danger when they have to wrestle a guy like this out of a car.

Nah, we can't do that...
that's over the top policing...dead force because someone want's to be stupid? no...that's not going to fly
we need to apprehend these people safely
instead of force by handcuffs and back of police vehicle

Like a friend of mine says, you've been pulled over, they've already run your plates, they're not going to lose interest in you and leave.
Follow directions, provide documentation. Basically you're doing damage control to avoid any unnecessary additional charges.
Or, you can be an arse, throw a fit, piss them off and see how that works out for you.

Watch the Tulsa video, they did everything possible to get him out of the car. Including pepper spray.

Best answer is to bring in canine unit. If they could somehow make sure a door or window (break it) stays open so the dog can get in. Then the perp can negotiate with a dog. If he shoots the dog, then deadly force, all cops, guns ablaze.
Downside, small PD's and Sheriffs offices may not have canine units on call.

If the suspect won't get out when requested:
1. Boot the car
2. Wait for the suspect to emerge.
