I had a package of Jalapeno Smoked Sausage from Soprano's supermarket in the fridge that I intended to use but just hadn't. This morning while having my first cup of coffee I went outside to see how windy it was from hurricane Sally and decided to light the lump charcoal in the Keg to grill that sausage for some breakfast. I cut the links up and sliced them in half and put 'em on the grill. When that was done I scrambled a couple of eggs with a few dashes of jalapeno hot sauce mixed in and then warmed a couple of homemade biscuits from last night in the toaster.

Stacked it all together and made a couple of sausage, egg and cheese biscuits with one of them topped off with what else but jalapeno pepper jelly.

The other biscuit got a lil strawberry preserves on it.

I would destroy, but I'm afraid all that hot stuff would then destroy me!

Would smash. Maybe the only thing I'd do different is do a semi-hard fried egg with just a tiny bit of runny yolk when you bite it versus scrambled. Great job Nate.

Those biscuits look fricking delectable. Feel free to drop the recipe if you're feeling generous.
