Finally watched Twilight for the first time the other night. The Twilight vampires were the most uncharismatic and least fearful vampires I’ve ever seen.

You can be distant, brooding, silent and still be somewhat charming. Not to mention menacing and fearful.

Brad Pitt’s Louie was a whiny buzzkill but he was still charismatic.

Don’t get me started on Kiefer Sutherland’s David. He made me shite myself as a kid.

Even one of the most legendary boring actors of all time, Jason Patric, was able to pull off a good performance with his Michael.

Twilight is Dawson’s Creek with vampires and worse dialogue. Seriously the dialogue was painful, some of the worst I’ve ever heard. And Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had zero chemistry together, which is surprising because they were apparently fricking in real life. Every one of their scenes together seemed uncomfortable and forced.

Terrible movie.

Because they’re written by a fat frick female that wants vampires to exist so she can frick one. Naturally she doesn’t wanna frick a real vampire, just a pretty emo boy with sharp canines,

I guess you've never seen a picture of Stephanie Meyer in 2005, when she wrote these things...

Why?

I read the books and then wanted to watch the movies - well after almost not finishing the books, I only watched one movie - believe it or not the books are worse

Pitt catches a lot of crap but he was a good Louis. The whiny buzzkill was the character not the performance.

Dang I hadn’t thought about Anne rice in forever. I would love a decent hbo vampire chronicles with some european actors. Lestat was French. Not southern Californian

Robot Chicken summed up the movies well in the video game scene (last part of this three-bit YouTube clip, but they're all kinda funny).

They're no Dr. Acula. That's for sure.

With or without the pending SJW alterations to the setting?

She wasn't fat. I dunno if I'd call her attractive or not, but certainly not overweight.

Are you confusing her with Anne Rice?

Kristin Stewart is attractive enough, imo, but her looks are offset by her lack of any personality. I've seen dry pieces of toast with more appeal.

In the Buffy / Angel verse, I became a fan of Spike over time.

Find me an image where she isn’t fat and not wearing spanx.
