I've seen a some very negative reactions to the film. I was curious if it was overreaction or it it really is that bad.

It is pure filth. It's as awful as advertised. Stomach turning how they filmed those girls. I agree with the guy from the twitter link from earlier, someone should go to jail for making that movie.

I saw the clip on twitter, I can't believe this shite is allowing in the world, let alone on a main stream American streaming service. This country is going to hell (one could argue it is already there) and we need to fight against it.

The title alone given the context of the film is sickening.

Luckily, I don't subscribe to the Obama streaming service.

I remember when this film caused a huge reaction in this country when it was released to theaters... Doubt anyone would bat an eye and it is probably considered tame by today's standards...

The general public is slowly being conditioned to accept this garbage as a social norm. Without an extreme negative reaction this progressive filth will continue to push boundaries.

You ever heard of a 1978 movie called Pretty Baby with Brooke Shields?

Yeah, I was joking the other day in a separate thread about that.

If you watch Cuties, your recommended watch list includes Pretty Baby, Lolita (Kubrick), Lolita (Adrian Lyne), The Lover, and numerous other adult-child films.

cancelled my netflix today based on what I've seen and read on twitter.

They ask why.

I let them know.

The film industry has gone full Sodom and Gomorrah. It's really sick

Yes, it was controversial because Olivia D'abo was 14 when she did nude scenes in Bolero.

This is how they dance at dance comps for that age. Not everyone obviously but you wouldn't believe some of the trash that gets up there and dances gross. And what is terrible is the mom and dads are in the audience yelling their heads off for the kids. I have been around competition dance for about 13 years and I have seen it all.

I will be calling to cancel bc I want them to know why. I hate it for my daughter bc she watches a lot of cartoons, but Netflix has crossed the line

The one I remember causing an uproar was "Blame it on Rio" I think it starred Michael Caine where he had a fling with a friend's 15 year old daughter while on vacation.
