Translucent got beat up though and the Gecko guy doesn’t seem very strong although we don’t know for sure.

I'm wondering what's up with Black Noir. He never speaks and seems really badass. I'm sure he'll erupt into a major player for one side or the other eventually. (And no, I've never read the comics).

A-Train has super-speed and durability, at least Quicksilver level if not Flash level. And note as displayed, he ran right through Hughie's girlfriend and blew her up, without suffering a scratch.
Translucent was invisible, and until they figured out to shove a bomb up his arse, was pretty much invulnerable. His skin was unbreakable, they had to use the physics of the force to blow him up.
Starlight took a .50 BMG to the chest from about 25 yds and said "ow"; she could lift cars while still a teen. Those flashes, Homelander wanted her to KILL Hughie with that so I'd say they're potentially very powerful.
**VERY interesting note, the wiki says she uses outside electricity.

Electricity Absorption: Annie is able to absorb the electricity from around her to fuel her powers
Black Noir seems to be a Terminator. Ultimate fighter/killer, doesn't matter if you blow half his face off, he just keeps coming. Probably regenerates ala Wolverine (and Gecko, and Kimiko...).
So Homelander is the only one that "is Superman", but all of them would absolutely wreak havoc in the real world. You'd probably need a nuke to stop any of them.

He's probably not the most skilled fighter, just used to overpowering everyone. As it now stands, he's just a bit mentally weak and unstable, that seems to be the only way you can get him off track.
