California legislator passes bill for anal sex with children

So the argument on this is that all the bill does is make the gay laws equivalent to the straight laws.

Which should be acknowledged to have a fair discussion.

But the next question is why we're extending this fricked up law to gay people instead of changing it for everyone.

this is the same state that allows the judge to put someone on the sex offender registration if vaginal intercourse takes place. what they did hear is was give the judge the same choice if the sex is in the butt.
