Victim was a 61 y/o black male with an address. BRPD hasn't released shooter info yet as investigation is still ongoing.

That's right behind Jim Lu corner store on Government. That's a rough neighborhood. There's been many shootings over the years at that store.
That obviously has nothing to do with this incident but he's certainly not your typical Trader Joe's patron.
