Looks good against air. Hopefully the SEC's db's won't show up.

If you were paying attention over the past few days you would’ve seen the videos with them going against the best DB in the country.

If you can complete passes against Derek Stingley you can complete them against anyone

Brennan will have maybe the most physically imposing receivers in LSU history. Marshal, McMath and Gilbert are huge. And Chase plays as physical as any WR in the nation

Having the best WR in college football to throw to is going to help Brennan tremendously

These receivers are amazing, as each looks terrific on the hoof and many have already proven that they can compete on the highest level.

I clearly remember the latter years of CLM's tenure, when the TD faithful would watch practice videos and see many dropped passes and poorly thrown passes. We would groan about it.

Last Spring I began to notice that practice videos showed passes caught nearly 100% of the time. It was encouraging to see. I'm seeing the same thing so far this year. Now that's not a perfect science, however it's encouraging.

Brennan is a very lucky man to have this kind of talent on the field, and I believe he will flourish in this system. I pity the fool who has to guard J Chase, T Marshall, or A Gilbert. They are going to have defensive coordinators and DB running in circles!

the criticism on the sec rant is that brennan has only played in garbage time. if you're older than 5, you can see that he's made good throws regardless of what the clock said. that pass would have been incredible against anyone. he's going to be fine. rantards think lsu lost too much. they're going to be sorely disappointed

I've always thought the best thrower of deep balls was Jeff Blake, especially to Carl Pickens (NFL obviously).

Always had the prettiest trajectory and came into hands with the perfect angle.

That throw was Jeff Blakesqe.

Maybe.

But Burrow knew exactly the pressure to put on the pass to drop it comfortably into his receivers hands. He could judge distance like a trained sniper.

That’s what I hope Brennan possesses as well. Field awareness.

Living inside your head, am I?
Don't get mad at facts. Air is air, going against Stingley is something else. Post those pictures and say we are going to be great. Not some warm ups against nobody.
