I went and calibrated my swing

I need to do this and see if it helps at all.

I'm hoping I'm wrong about the time limit on today's tournament. If it expires at 630 then I won't have a score for today since I have plans after work.

I couldn't figure out how to set the time frame. Don't think it's possible.

The first time I calibrated my swing I honestly think it made me worse. Did it again and it helped, so I dunno. I still frick up random short putts here and there, and like 1/20 or 25 I will get a full right very slow tempo and can’t figure it out. Overall though the golf play in this is great and people are uploading new courses every day

I did the calibration probably 5-6 times. What worked for me is calibrating based off of a very easy swing. Just a really easy tempo to be able to repeat. Probably a little slower than i'd normally do a swing.

Im pretty sure the time frame starts at whatever time you're adding the events. If you're adding events at 7pm then the event will end 24 or 48 hours later from that time.

Man that sucks. They need to allow for that time frame to be adjusted.

What difficulty are you all playing on. I'm at the point where I can consistently shoot a couple under par on pro. Master is an entirely different level. Also, when you play without the distance assist its a completely different game.

I love how they made it so much more difficult this year. I was tired of shooting -30 in my TGC Tour event and missing the cut.

What are the four majors? I think I played in 3 of them, but I missed the other.

Legends - Masters
Royal - British

I don't remember the name of the US Open, but I believe I noticed it when I played in it. I thought the Tour Championship was the PGA, but that's the first round of the Fed Ex cup. Is the Northwest Open the other one?

I’m having trouble getting out of Q school and I refuse to lower the swing difficulty off of pro.

I just feel like I have to get it.

Have you calibrated? I've done it 5 times now and I think I've finally got a decent swing timing.

I've been enjoying it, but for a game that can be downloaded in just 5-10 minutes, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it probably doesn't justify a $59.99 retail price. Decent graphics by PS3 standards, but pretty disappointing for PS4. The frequent shanks have been annoying too, and hoping there's a miracle patch that'll magically correct it, lol... Gameplay is great tho, and that's most important.

Is this available for PC?

Seems like the modding community would be able to insert all of the real courses into career mode with correct majors, logos, etc... Modders can likely improve the rivalry logic too.

My biggest complaint is that Justin Thomas is winning every tournament. It seems that nobody else is ever in the picture. Last night I was -8 on 16 and tied for the lead with like two others. I go to 17 and all of a sudden JT is at -10, and in the lead, out of nowhere. He wasn't one of the ones at -8. I birdied 17 and then missed a birdie put to tie him on 18.

Another thing is the ties. If I would have made the put and got to -10, then I just win the tournament. Why is some sort of tie breaker to hard to put in? It can even be the same thing for every tournament.

I am really getting frustrated with the swing. I refuse to go down below pro because it's almost too easy. I have calibrated and no matter what my swing is trash. I can't get off the tee without going in the drink, or way left/right. The putting to me is easy once you get use to how the swing goes. Everyone was complaining about how hard it was, but I took to it really easily. It's the rest of the swings that I just can't break through the difficulty.
