According to an ESPN trailer, 80% chose to option out of renewing season tickets, the main reason no fans will be allowed in the stadium. Any info available on Saints' fans opting out?

Why would you expect them to renew? I wouldn't pay for something I can't go to.

Most saints fans I know or work with opted out of their 2020 season tickets but Were given the option of renewing in 2021 if fans are allowed and yes they will renew.

We have a block of about 15 in our section. All of us will be opting out I believe.

I’d bet most everyone will. Too much uncertainty and people don’t want to blow through disposable income right now.

Maybe it is because they are sick of the leftist agenda the NFL is shoving down their throats?

I have falcons season tickets (disclaimer not a falcons fan but live in Atlanta and just want to watch live football). Here is what they did. There were three options. First they said they intend to let fans in but in a social distancing format. So was asked if I wanted one of the three options first. 1) want to attend games even if it won’t be all of them. 2) not attend games and forward money towards next seasons season tickets. 3) not attend games and get full reimbursement and still be eligible for next years tickets.

Now if you attend games you select which games you want the most since you can’t go to them all and they would do all they could to assign games in a fair way.

Everyone I know is getting their money back but renewing for next year. I am betting it’s the same across the league I have no idea why anyone would let the teams keep their money.

They will retain their licenses since Packers tickets are a literal cash cow handed down through generations of Packers' fans living in FL.

I opted out of my saints tickets and happily told them I don’t care to renew in 21 or ever. I promise I wasn’t the only one.

The narrative will be that "even the NFL's most loyal fanbase is cognizant of the extreme risk of covid and are choosing to stay home."

The reality is that those fans (like me with LSU football) absolutely want there to be football AND to attend games in person. But, with the current unknown of (a) if football will be played; (b) how many fans, if any, will be allowed to attend the game, and (c) what precautionary rules will be in place for attendance, most are "opting out" because they simply don't have enough information right now to make a different decision.
