How many people drink vitamin water? And what is so great about it besides the obvious?

What's the obvious? I drink it sometimes just to mix it up a little because I get tired of gatorade and powerade.

the obvious is that it's water with vitamins.

i used to drink it every am, 10 for 10 at walmart but then I started realizing it had 120 or 140 calories (helps for hangovers though)... that's really wasted calories when you can take a multi-vitamin and drink water. I buy the small G2's now, 40 calories and propel.

Drank it for about 3-4 months and won't drink anymore again. Complete scam.

it's a scam all the way...why people would excercise to burn calories and immediately replace them with more hollow calories is beyond me.

+1

If they can make a low carb one, I'll drink it.

Very misleading because they are loaded with sugar. I had a friend that would drink 6-7 a day and would just crash at night from all the sugar.

It goes good with vodka. That's all. Other than that waste of money.

My wife drinks tons of it. She's a runner and she doesn't like plain water. Gatorade is too heavy. She just wants water with a little taste and some vitamins. I hate it. I love ice water when I'm thirsty.

I used this trick on football road trips last fall when my g/f would drive. I would fill some up with vodka before I left, drive half the way, switch... then start drinking my vitamins.

It is very tasty with vodka. I'm sure there are bars in California that mix these.

the advantage is it's not sweet and it is kinda light. I mean, next to straight vodka that is about as light as you can get.

I have had 7 since 6.
