WTF....
He’s referencing Trump’s interview with Kilmead from a month ago.
Trump said part of the cognitive tests was remembering patters of 5 things in a row and having to repeat and the likes. He used Lion and Elephant as things you had to remember as part of the test.

He makes fun of it, but I would like to see how he does when they ask that 2nd or 3rd question about repeating 5 things and then ask him what the order is after 30 questions. I bet he fails it.
He has made gaffes on things that are much more clear, like who his wife is or what building he is in.

Let's call this interview a cognitive test.
It's an obvious fail.

Bongino reports his sources are telling him that Biden is rapidly deteriorating.

And Don L'mon failed that part when Fredo questioned him about it.

Didn't he claim he passed cognitive tests daily, like two weeks ago?

If it were a really good SNL political sketch, it would likely be 20+ years old.
Only two funny ones I can think of in the past 12 years were the Pelosi speech upon taking the House in 2006 (Palomino!) and the Schoolhouse Rock for an executive order by Obama.

Ignoring the obvious cognitive issues, one of the most telling things to me is how Joe reacts to anyone speaking to him deviating from just trading meaningless scripted platitudes even the tiniest bit.

Trump’s campaign could easily take the clip of him saying he took the test and then him stumbling non stop, then the clip of him saying “heck no I ddidn’t take a test” with a giant question mark at the end saying “Are you as confused as Joe”?

Booger sugar after effects? Purely speculation.

Perfect on a number of fronts.
Massive scare tactics to push through policies previously unthinkable
A legitimate reason to keep their senile candidate out of the public eye
A good way to prevent debates where Biden will be exposed
A good way to negate a lot of Trump’s strengths by putting the kibosh on rallies
Just what the doctor (Fauci) ordered.

When you see Joe Biden start a thought and then say, I better not go there, you know his handlers just directed him through his earpiece to change course.

They KNOW Biden is basically a vegetable at this point..
On several left-leaning podcasts that I listen to (Joe Rogan, etc.) they are basically saying that they expect Joe to step aside quickly and let his VP take the reigns... like this is some totally normal way for the Presidency to be decided
