Funny his mind went from failing a cognitive test to a drug test... why, did Hunter recently fail a job he set up for him?
But, then again, maybe a decent comparison when discussing job qualifications.

ETA: I've noticed that he has developed a little escape hatch that he uses when he can't recall something. He starts into something, blanks, and then says, "oh, nevermind, I'm not going to say it".
I've seen it several times now. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Damn, that one was bad... There were 3 or 4 different times when he lost it in that clip.
Hopefully Trump’s team is taking notes of all of this and prepping him to prod Joe in the debates and make him stumble. Trump will have to be careful not to come off bullying, but he can use key trigger words to get Biden to ramble.

Agree w/ this, and I think they have taken notes. The "empty shell" and "Trojan Horse" labels are fair game and seem to be taking hold.
Trump on Fox & Friends made a subtle reference to Jill doing interviews for him but left it at that.
