It just comes across as so tasteless and manipulative.

Why the frick did that bitch behind the counter not tell her she could save money before the lady turned away? Pisses me off every time.

Much more so than most commercials.
Is the kid really sick. So the mother is poor (we see her wearing a custodian uniform) but is she not going to pull out her credit card for her sick kid? I think optics are just super unclear her leaving too much room for viewers to make up shite in their head.

It just makes me wonder if GoodRx is a legit good product.
Anyone know?

I’ve used it. It’s good. Got $80 medicine for like 40 the time I used it.
But here’s a trick I learned last time I got medicine at cvs. If you ask the pharmacist for coupons, they have their own internal database of coupons they can apply that may be better than goodrx.

That's not true at all. I know quite a few people who are poor BECAUSE of credit cards.

I have 1 prescription I take regularly. If I let my health insurance pay for it it's $25 out of my pocket. If I don't use my insurance and use GoodRx it's $14 cash.

No, I won’t get over it. I don’t want to get over it.

Oh hell yeah I do!
My sister told me about it and I signed up for a free card. Went in to pick up my prescription which was $455. The pharmacist asked if I had anything to use for a discount. I whipped out the GoodRx and paid $16.
You can go to their website and see the prices and pharmacies which are signed up. Sounds too good to be true, but it isn't.
Note: My prescription plan did not cover this drug.

I have tried all of my meds and it has never saved me anything. Different pharmacy’s do charge substantially different prices for the same med though so everyone should check all of their meds on that website.
