Consensus: Flats or Drums?

I used to be a drum person, but lately I’ve been more to the flats. One good swipe will get most of the meat off, plus it’s easier to dip

About a 2/3 to 1/3 mix of flats to drums. 8 flats and 4 drums is almost perfect for a meal.

I prefer the flats if they’re cooked right. Meaning you can one swipe eat it. If not I’ll
take the drumette. I like a fried drumette.
