It's Wick and it isn't close.
At this point his body count is way higher, and he's constantly killing highly financed and trained assassins, not some lame terrorists or desk jockeys.
Bourne gets a couple of good kills, but he's mostly up against infantryman and police officers.

Movie Bourne was the crowning achievement of a human weapons project. The 4th one was the project to churn out cheap enhanced agents from nobodies with no ties to a former life.

I am thinking Denzel's character from the equalizer can take out Bourne and Mills. I think Wick would defeat him mainly because he is a man of commitment, focus, and sheer will.....and he killed two men with a pencil....a frickin pencil.
