Wick is more bad arse, but Brian might have a certain set of skills that can make John life difficult. But really Bourne is a close second. He can call John and Brain and be untraceable, even if he was in the next room making you think he's across the street.

I like both movies, wick and bourne. However, Bourne seems more believable as someone with fighting (fisticuffs) skills. Keanu is just a little slow it seems. Granted, Keanu is much older than bourne was when bourne made those movies.
Now in terms of guns, Wick wins. However, Wick does have a compulsion to continue shooting the bad guys, even after they've been shot twice in the head. I just watched Wick 3 a couple of days ago, and he could really save on ammo if he just resisted the urge to shoot the guy in the chest, after he already blew his head in half with a shotgun.

Bourne isn't even in the conversation. In the books, he didn't even do most of the stuff that built up his reputation.

In their own respective fictional universes, Wick for sure. He kills with minimal effort and is immune to serious injury, even after a brutal fight he recovers in minutes/hours, minus a few scars.
Bonus: If we are talking a character that could possibly exist in the real world and still do what he does I'm taking the Equalizer.
