70's Show-Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis
Lead: Topher Grace
Cheers- Woody Harlson Lead:Ted Danson
Taxi-Danny Devito,Andy Kaufman Lead:Judd
Hirsch
Office-John Krasinski,Ed Helms Lead:Steve
Carell...this one is debatable but Carell has put out some pretty awful work lately.
Space Force was horrible.
Others?

Your office example is horrendous

Kelsey Grammar had a bigger career than Ted Danson. I'd venture to say that Frasier was a more successful show than Cheers. Maybe not a bigger peak, but longer..

Does John Goodman count over Roseanne?

Thanks for the contribution...I knew this
would go side ways.
Ed Helms has a bigger box office and made better movies
Krasinski gets a mention because "Quite Place"
Carell has done some real medicore work lately.
Welcome to Marwin? Space Force?Cartoons?
You got anything to add?

How have y’all not mentioned Chris Pratt?

Your example of Ed Helms is kinda flawed based on the parameters you set up.
The Hangover movies were filmed while he was on The Office.
By this logic Chris Pratt would be the best example of a supporting cast member having a bigger career than the lead (Amy Poehler). GotG, Jurassic World, Lego movies. However, pretty much all of this happened while Parks & Rec was on the air.
Here's one for you- Michael Imperioli and James Gandolfini.

Isn't that more of an ensemble cast?
Was Amy Poehler the lead? Sorry, never watched it that much.

Ted Danson has a solid career, mostly in tv. He always has something going on.

Longer peak in terms of what? If only in your opinion, that's fine. I love both.
While Frasier won best comedy series at the Emmys 5 consecutive times at the beginning of its run, Cheers won it 5 times spread out over the first 10 of its 11 seasons. They both ran 11 seasons, but Cheers ended its run still in the overall ratings top 10.

This is painfully stupid. You should be embarrassed and leave this thread in shame.

Her and Offerman were.

How about the Olson girls from Full House? They went on to create a billion dollar tween lifestyle empire.
