Non-government rentals? Like they know the difference between an unmarked and a rental.
Very likely the Feds are doing surveillance and then tracking the wrong doers to less populated areas to scoop them up or have identified some as having warrants from eariler protests. There is no legal requirement to tell anyone that they are "under arrest" to my knowledge. Some situations they could be extracting CIs or undercovers as well. A good snitch would publicly release what O’Shea and Pettibone are saying.

The protesters want it both ways. The DA’s aren’t charging those arrested with serious charges. The protesters are emboldened and upset when the feds don’t play that shite.
Is it ripe for misuse or overreach. Hell yes. Doing millions of dollars worth of damage and injuring Leo’s have opened the door.

Yes they do. I’ll repeat what I said in the thread with the video: it could be fake, but they got an awful lot of details correct. A lot more than I would expect from a bunch of larping “revolutionaries.”

I hope this is true, but if you watch the video it looks fake as frick. Like an antifa setup. The officers are skinny as frick, they didn't even handcuff the dude, yet he put his hands behind his back and they walked to a van, instead of the van driving up to them. Something just seems fishy.

I don't know what's really happening...
The video I saw yesterday felt staged.
The perp was taken but not cuffed. The perp did not mouth off, or resist, or talk or even ask questions.
It looked like either it was a staged fake detainment, or it was an extraction of an undercover...
If a motherfricker is trying to detain me into an unmarked van without identifying himself, there's gonna be some volume and fists. Yet this alleged antifa member submitted and went quietly? bullshite.

Sounds like a great idea. Nabbed a POS off the streets with minimal resistance and assault on the arresting officers. It’s as peaceful an arrest as you’re going to get.
