I don't give a rat's arse about positives. Can be mild or completely asymptomatic.

Probably about 10% percent of those test are out of NOLA and they are probably around 4.5% positive. So that is skewing the numbers to look better than they are if viewing from a positivity rate.

Yes, I am aware of this.
The percentage of positives though gives the Governor and local leaders to the cover they need to send us back to the stone ages though.
10% or more is considered very high directly from the CDC.
