I wasn't fired. I was told I couldn't be promoted because of my color and gender, so I left, of course. I invite anyone who had the same experience in corporate America to say so in the comments. Red Pill coming. Open wide...

A couple of weeks ago, I posted that my company was about to aggressively position/reposition employees based on race and not merit.

worked for a major oil company...
was getting stuff off the printer (back in those days we had one per floor)
had to move some paper that was aleady there and they were part of a management presentation of upward mobilty and fast track promotion qualifications...
you guessed it ... no where was the college degree...experience ...technical skills ...leadership.....listed
what was ...race and sex....(they broke them down pretty detailed) and yeah the two smallest pie slices were the ones that would have catagorized scott
in fairness 20 years later working for a different big oil it was now my responsibility the review the staff for my discipline and rank and suggest mobility... that company was very focused on individual results and team dynamics...it was/is a grest company and the first one i discussed died via merger...

I was O-2 working for the USCG recruiting command, an opening came up for a position that would lead 100-200 recruiters and I asked to be considered. The XO told me I couldn’t have the position because they were looking for someone with more diversity.

Over 20 years ago if you had a vagina or were black you were essentially guaranteed to be hired on the railroad.

BLM is forcing the hand of companies, gov't, etc. to hire on the basis of race/color.
They are too stupid to realize that it can and will raise the question of being hired because of race/color and not the ability to do the job.

As the subordinate employee to the diversity hires always be sure to keep your mouth shut and your ideas away from anyone in the company. Do not respond to prodding from higher up the chain to assist, they are not going to reward you for it.
When the diversity hire has to make decisions leave them to their own devices, have zero useful input.
Even if asked directly, respond with the equivalent of: "how would I know, you're the boss".
Chin down, do your job and only yours. Never volunteer.
