Dead cat bounce. Get back in September when the weekly 600.00 payments from the federales stop. Right now, we are in an illusory state.
People are not paying their mortgages , car notes or utility bills. Those defements begin to end soon. People who got the ax are not going back to work right now in sufficient numbers to justify unguarded exuberance....you are about to see a big bump in food stamp usage.
The working class as well as middle class got hosed in all of this as did the bottom 1/3 of those considered upper middle class
Enjoy your retail numbers for June, July and August.....September will be a bucket of cold water

Mostly due to increased gun and ammunition sales I’m sure.

We are appearing to be seeing a "V" shape recovery, but need more month's reports of positive news to confirm
Need to add more jobs again this month, but with the extra $600 in unemployment benefits, i suspect a lot will hold out until the run out in the end of July

80% of that was in guns and ammo with the other 20% in masks, bricks, baseball bats and black hoodies.

Because you fricking moron, Economoics leads to prosperity and accounts for 99% of that "Privilege" you stupid idiots like to accuse white people of having.
Consumerism has created the most prosperous country in the world. It's sad that the people who don't want to participate in it want to tear it down out of some misplaced sense of social justice.

If that were true people wouldn’t be buying houses. I’m busier than I’ve ever been.
I’ve got 3 closings this week, next week and 4 offers went under contract in less than an hour a Friday. I‘ll need another assistant if It stays like this.

I just got back from the beach. People are out and enjoying themselves, houses are selling, cars are selling, etc.
Don't let the media convince you that this country is falling apart. This country has weathered far worse than the likes of what we are seeing now.
