Shimano Metanium MGL 150B x G Loomis NRX 853C. I can do pretty much anything but crank with this rod, which I dont do much of anyway.

Dobyns Champion Extreme HP split grip. 7' MH Fast
Daiwa Steez CT SV in 8.1:1

That would give me enough versatility to fish multiple presentations.

7ft medium heavy fast action which is a good middle of the road road.

Blank Rainshadow
Build my own rod.

I would have 2 if not 3 for the price of the ones that are suggested to you. A ProQualifier from BP, on sale for $60-80 is as good and dependable as any you’ll see listed. Most any of the $100-130, on sale for $80-100 rods in the right action, in the right hands with catch a bass with the best of them

I’d rather have 3 than one or 6 than 3 and I don’t want any that I’m scared to scratch but that’s just me

Telling a bass fisherman they can only bring one line is like telling a woman she can only have one pair of shoes.
