I've said it already but it bears repeating.

Sometimes, when you meet someone who seems awesome, they really are just awesome people. They are well liked because of this.

But, often, when you meet someone who seems awesome it's because they're entire persona revolves around being liked.

With the former group, you'll eventually find something about them that isn't your favorite thing and, it'll just be the thing you don't like.

With the latter, their drive to be liked supersedes even their own sense of self.

The two groups can be indistinguishable from each other until you find this thing. But, once found, you realize...…….."this person isn't actually awesome. He just seems awesome because he wants me to like him BUT...…..if he ever wants the person next to me to like him more...…….he'll sell me out"

Drew Brees has shown that being liked is more important to him than anything.

Sad. He has no actual principles. He's a fraud.
