They arent charging white people more...just reducing rates for black people. I have little problem with that to be honest.

I feel Uber would update their fee structure in situation like this across all riders in the entire country. It’s like when you hear people say we need to tax the industries more. If these individuals really think a company eats the taxes that they are charged to do business in a particular state, county or parish they are being very naive. The company will adjust the price of its serivces or products to account for the increase in taxes and In the end who takes in the wallet? You guessed it the person saying that the Company who isn’t paying it’s fair share along with everyone else who didn’t complain.

If they don't watch out they may force certain people away from eating at black owned restaurants

Who would that be?

I have never patronized a restaurant based off the color of the ownership and never will. This seems to be the very definition of racism.

I don’t see any issues here.

Definitively discrimination based solely on race? Who is clamoring for “equality”???

Not even a difficult decision. I never used it anyway.

If they charge black people less, then they are charging white people more. Arguing semantics does not change that.

Then you support treating one group of people worse than another simply because of the color of their skin. There's a word for that.

Are White, Asian, Arab, and Hispanic restaurant owners not doing this?

Wouldn’t this be racist? Special treatment because of skin color?
