If "All Lives Matter" Is a Racist Slogan, Then Whose Lives Don't Matter?

Could someone, please, please, please just explain to me in a logical, reasonable fashion why "All Lives Matter" is considered racist? If ALL lives don't matter, then please explain WHOSE lives DO NOT MATTER? I already know that answer, but I then want to ask the question "Why do some lives matter, yet others don't?"
The vast majority who believe that ALM is a racist term keep pushing the mantra that "we need racial and social equality." If we have equality, then wouldn't that just automatically insinuate that ALL LIVES WOULD MATTER? Would someone who supports the "ALM is racist" position please explain how they don't see the ABSOLUTE HYPOCRISY in that belief. How in the hell can someone state in the SAME sentence that ALM is racist while proclaiming that the BLM movement is pushing for equality? How in the frick can EVERYONE not see the utter, blatant hypocrisy in that mindset?
I'll state it once more: Saying all lives matter INCLUDES black lives.
Vent over.......for now.

Christians and white men’s lives don’t matter according to the mob and media

This is all quickly turning into a "who's on first" bit....

It should've been Black Lives Matter Too. Most white folks wouldn't take issue with that, but instead, you have uppity "nubian queen" bloggers demanding that to make it better, wypipo should "shield brown bodies from police brutality with your own white bodies", etc.
frick that lady.

I'm not elevating one life over another. So I will never say BLM.

That’s because “All Lives matter” is nothing but a farce. It’s protesting a protest. Who really cares about all lives when they say that?

It's possible people think ALM comes off as a bit of lip service, and maybe would've been more effective had it not piggybacked off the BLM slogan.
If BLM just added the word "Too" from the start, fewer people would be picking nits about it...

Could someone define WHITE folks for me? I'm Sicilian Italian, my people were slaves and treated like shite when they arrived here. But we are considered white and racist! If there is reparations i want mine!
Is White every other race that's not Black?

Responding to your first paragraph, it is a response to, not a rejection of BLM.
I agree with your second paragraph...to a point. ALL LIVES MATTER has always been the mindset of good, honest, moral, hard working people of ALL races, creed, color and political parties. If everyone treated each other with love and respect no matter what, this country (and world) would be a much better place. And I do believe MOST people of all races think that way. This is just an attempt to silence us.

I am all in on this thing.
It’s “all lives matter” or “no lives matter” as we can’t highlight or prioritize one life over another. To do so would be mean spirited, hurtful and racist.
All lives matter is diverse and inclusive.

There has to be a Venn diagram for this.

It’s called context
Black people currently feel like they’re lives a being treated like they don’t this they feel the need to say that Black Lives Matter
While there is nothing inherently racist in saying ALM, in this context, it’s usually being said not to promote devalued lives but to undercut the other statement. I cant Think of a non-racist reason you would want to undercut BLM as a concept.
Tell me this, if someone really believed “All Lives Matter” why would you have an issue with people bringing attention to the devaluation of black lives?

anyone that deems All Lives Matter is racist is revealing themselves to be the true racist...

Unborn babies, for starters. Look at the Dems unflinching support for whatever Planned Parenthood wants. Not to mention abortion at any point before -- and in some cases, even after -- birth.
