Summer is here and the lockdowns are ending. Get out early, the heat is coming.

I’ll be playing Kiva tomorrow and Lost Key Wednesday.

Playing Eagle Vail GC someday this week. Haven’t played anywhere at 8000 feet yet so I’m looking forward to that

HA! That's the aerated greens price. It's across !-4 from Disney. Right across the street from the Gaylord Palms. IF it's in good shape, it's worth it. One of my favorite layouts in Central Florida.

Hey! LSU Alumni Tournament August 8th at Celebration GC in Kissimmee/Celebration! Come play.
I should be posting registration soon.

74 at Santa Maria today. Tied my high of 5 birdies and should have shot a better score. Conditions were dry and fast

Organizing a crawfish boil for a course in Gladewater, Texas on the 20th. Anyone wants to stop by Tempest golf course for some great golf and even better crawfish let me know.

85 at Pelican Point, which was also dry and fast....maybe as fast as I've seen. Was hitting my driver low and hard and letting it roll. Greens are still sandy but they rolled fine.

Could have been better, but for some reason, my dumb arse hit a 5-wood right off the toe on my 2nd shot on 3 and right into the drink. Ended up with 7 The ball probably didn't go 20 yards forward. I could stand out their all day trying to do it and not replicate that shot. Oh well. I hit more than my share of good shots, so can't complain.

Played Links on the Bayou in Alec Sunday. You find a course in better shape than it, play it. New carts too.

Get there early and hit the practice green. They keep them long, sticky and slow.

I’ve been hitting Webb Park lately. It’s a decent track. The greens are fast. Lots of good turf everywhere. 77 today.

It’s only 6300 from the tips but there are some decent holes and you get to hit a variety of shots.

State money coming in keeps the green fees at 15 bucks most weekdays. It’s a stones throw from my house so that’s a plus

Only real drawbacks the greens are kinda small and is most the par 3s are a 9 or wedge.

73 at Lost Key w/4 birdies and 1 double. It was my first time playing the course. I can see why it’s called “lost ball.”

The greens were perfect. The rest of the course was in rough condition. I would rather have played Kiva or basically anywhere else.

75 at Beaver Creek. Tips and down. Course is in excellent shape besides a couple edges on a couple greens. They don’t come in play at all though.
